TIME COMMITMENT

The course takes just 5 minutes a day over 30 days, or around 6 hours in total. Compare that to how much time you spend daily on social media... you've got time!

It requires:

  • 1 hour for the Foundation Phase (preparation tasks)
  • 1 minute (or more!) for 30 days consecutively
  • 1 hour (max) each week to fill out your weekly tasks in the Habit Workbook

Step 4. Keep up the daily commitment to get on the mat for 30 days with a short self-led practice, guided Mini Practice, or simply taking some deep breaths on your mat
